(1) Date and Place

Reception date is October 12. The symposium will begin in the
morning of Oct. 13, and end in the afternoon of Oct. 16. The
conference is hosted by the Institute of Theoretical
Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and will be held in
Morningside Center of Mathematics, CAS
which is neighboring the Institute of Theoretical Physics, CAS.

(2) Accomodation and meals
Rooms are reserved for the participants from outside Beijing in
Wu-Ke Hotel (Tel. 0086-10-8264 9140) which is around 100 meter
away from the Morningside Center of Mathematics where the
symposium will be held. The hotel fare should be paid by
each participant. The fare for Meals will be covered partly by
the registration fee.

(3) Talks and contributions

The symposium will consist of invited talks and oral talks from
the students. About 40 minutes for each invited talk and 15 minutes
for each oral talk.

(4) Registration and Local Fares

  1. The fares for registration and local expenses is US$250 for
     each participant.
  2. Each accompanying person should pay $150 for the welcome party,
     meals, banquet, local sight-seeing and the accommodation.
